You can cancel a booking via the nettla app. Simply go to the My Bookings section on nettla, find the booking you wish to cancel and press cancel. A small cancellation charge may be made by nettla. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled game are eligible for a refund or credit towards a future booking on nettla. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled game are not eligible for a refund or credit.  No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to fees or loss of court privileges.
