DISCOVER THE SOCIAL SIDE OF PADEL

Padel is as much about the community as it is about the game, However, finding others to play with at the same time isn’t always easy. While you can arrange games with friends, locking down a time and date can be tricky. You might also want to play with people outside your immediate circle, whether to meet new players or to test your skills against others. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to connect with players of all levels.

HOW CAN I FIND PLAYERS
AND JOIN GAMES?

We recommend TWO simple ways to connect with other players:

USE THE PADEL MATES APP
TO FIND OTHER PLAYERS

The Padel Mates app is a powerful tool to book courts and connect with other players.

CREATE AN OPEN GAME (see video below)
prefer to meet new players? Select “Split Payment”, pay your share, and open your booking for others on the app to join.

JOIN A MATCH
Open the app and go to Activities. Open matches will be listed as “Padel Match” or “Friendly Padel Match”. Click on a match to send a request to join.

BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE COURT
You can choose to cover the full cost of a court or opt for a “Split Payment”, where you only pay your share.

INVITE PLAYERS
Want to play with particular people? Use the “Add Players” feature to invite up to three players.

JOIN NORFOLK PADEL WHATSAPP GROUPS

These groups are designed for sharing club updates co-ordinating matches, and building a vibrant padel community. Playing Groups are set out in line with Padel Level guidelines.

You can request to join one or more WhatsApp groups based on your interests and skill level.  If you would like to join any of our WhatsApp Groups, please follow the two steps below….

WHATSAPP CODE OF CONDUCT

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please follow these rules when participating in our WhatsApp groups:

  • Keep all messages respectful and appropriate, Avoid any content that could be considered offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.
  • Treat others kindly, harassment, threats or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • if asked to by a Chat moderator, you will remove any unsuitable content and stop communicating in that way in the future.
  • Offenders will receive a warning for the first incident and may be removed from the group for repeated violations. If you notice any inappropriate content, please report it to Norfolk Padel staff immediately.

By joining a WhatsApp group, your mobile number will be visible to other group members.
Misusing contact information is strictly prohibited and we encourage all members to respect each other’s privacy.
