The general availability of our coaches is as follows although this includes times in which they may also be coaching Group sessions.

 

Monday: 8AM – 5PM

Tuesday: 8AM – 12PM

Wednesday: 8AM – 12PM and 2.30PM – 6PM

Thursday: 8AM – 12PM and 5PM – 7.30PM

Friday: 8AM -10.30AM and 3.30PM – 6.30PM

Saturday: 9AM – 1PM (9-10AM <12-year-old children)

Sunday: 9AM – 1PM (9-10AM 9–13-year-old children)
